This week started with a busy day of preparing for our two-person thanksgiving! I made a pumpkin pie, stuffing, and asparagus, bought a half chicken (since turkey’s difficult to come by here), and opened a can of cranberry sauce. Luckily it was a beautiful evening, so we ate on our patio. I also taught another Lululemon class on Sunday! Fortythree people showed up so it was a bit tight but still lots of fun.
