April Week 18 2015

School was pretty excellent this week! I’m finally getting a good glimpse into the direction I’m heading with my project. On an unrelated note, Michael’s making me watch 30 Rock again, and I have to finally say it: I take back every bad thing I’ve ever said about that show. I’m not sure how I missed it the first time around, but it’s pretty amazing. In other news, I got my birthday package from my family this weekend! I (of course) opened it right away because why bother with self-control. Michael decided to hop on the early birthday wagon as well and bought me a camera bag. So far I guess it’s been a pretty good birthday! This was also the week that we discovered Martha’s Backyard, a store that ships items in from North America! Some things they had: Lucky Charms, Butterfingers, marshmallows, cream of wheat, dill pickles, french onion dip mix, and chocolate chips. Things they’re missing: graham crackers, vanilla Oreos, and the kind of Kraft mac and cheese where the noodles are shaped like things (and let’s face it, that’s the best kind). All in all though we got some things that we’ve been desperately craving so mission accomplished. I also had a really nice skype conversation with my family this weekend and found out that my sister, who's graduating from Poudre High School this month, is up for valedictorian (not to make her feel weird, but it's pretty cool)!!!
